¡¡¡¡Morning of Sept. 9th, 2008, China Merchants Group and Petro-Vietnam have signed a strategic cooperation memorandum in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The cooperation will cover areas such as port and shipping logistics, ship repairing, industrial zones, real estate and finance.
¡¡¡¡Dr. Fu Yuning, President of China Merchants Group, says that in accordance with the market needs, substantive investment or business cooperation are to be researched as soon as possible to promote bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and China. Ding Luosheng, Chairman of Petro-Vietnam believes that signing this memorandum means the beginning of strategic cooperation based on the former business transactions. Petro-Vietnam and China Merchants will soon compose the joint working group, to work on specific cooperation projects regarding ports and industrial zones, in order to speedily reach actual a cooperation agreement. |
